如果大地是一封信 A Letter From the Earth

由「永富五號」的地緣、「藝術啟動」團隊的工作坊與三芝的「解析度設計」團隊合作。解析度設計長期深耕在地，與地方家扶、兒少陪伴等單位有密切交流，這次多方合作，將從淡水在地與老街古蹟走讀活動中，帶領三芝地區孩童，發現不同區域的發展與特點，讓學童能從而回顧自身家園，開始留意原有的、或擁有發展可能性的特色。

本活動期許於空堂時間，由地方藝術家講師的引領下走訪鄰近區域，簡易與漸進的訓練孩童生活技能、自主獨立能力與自信心。

This event is a collaborative effort between Yongfu No. 5, the Art StartUP (藝術啟動) team’s workshop, and the Resolution Design (解析度設計) team from Sanzhi, Taiwan. Resolution Design has a long history of community engagement, working closely with local family support centers and youth organizations. This multi-party collaboration will lead children from the Sanzhi area on a guided tour of Tamsui’s local streets and historic sites. The goal is to help the children discover the development and unique features of different areas, encouraging them to reflect on their own hometown and recognize its existing characteristics or potential for growth.

We hope that during this workshop, local artist-instructors can guide the children through nearby areas, providing simple yet progressive training in life skills, independence, and self-confidence.

▌活動內容 Event Details

▰ 走讀｜淡水老街輕走讀與自由活動

路線｜永富5號出發，經馬偕街到淡水長老教會，再接馬偕銅像圓環，回到中正路，淡水老街內街稍作介紹後開始自由活動。
自由活動路線｜可經老街至捷運站，沿途讓學員學習使用經費採購，折外頭海線回程。
景點介紹：長老教會、媽祖廟、重建街等重要地標、建築與產業介紹。
土壤採集與介紹：呂玫穎老師將指導下午工作坊所需材料準備。

在工作坊前，會預先採集從觀音山沖刷而下的表層紅土。在工作坊中，將帶領眾學員一同挑選不同座標、方位的土壤，一同用紅土製作顏料。

接著與學員到淡水老街進行淡水與八里河岸的寫生，並為明信片寫上文字，在活動結束後寄出。最後一起進行淡水河岸的共創，用著特製的土壤蠟筆在大尺幅的畫紙上，共同繪製出對於觀音山的想像肌理。

本次工作坊將會在永富五號進行，學員們在工作坊的共同創作與明信片寫生將會進行展示，希望學員們從觀音山捎來的書信，與共創的觀音山群像，能以土地作為繪畫、書信原料，共同繪製出當代淡水自然人文的精神與輪廓。

成果：觀音山寫生明信片、自製鋁管土壤顏料、大尺幅的觀音山群像共創體驗

▰ Guided Walk｜Tamsui Old Street & Free Time

Route: Starting from Yongfu No. 5, the walk goes through Mackay Street (馬偕街) to the Tamsui Presbyterian Church (淡水長老教會), then to the Mackay Statue (馬偕銅像) roundabout, and back to Zhongzheng Road (中正路). After a brief introduction to the inner streets of Tamsui Old Street, the children will have free time.
Free Time Route: The children can go from the Old Street to the MRT station, where they will learn how to use funds for purchases. The return journey will follow the coastal route back.
Landmarks: The tour will include introductions to important landmarks, architecture, and industries, such as the Presbyterian Church (長老教會), Mazu Temple (媽祖廟), and Chongjian St (重建街).
Soil Collection & Introduction: Instructor Lu Mei-ying will guide the children in preparing materials for the afternoon workshop.

Prior to the workshop, topsoil (red earth) washed down from Guanyin Mountain will be collected. During the workshop, the children will select soil from different coordinates and directions to create pigments from the red earth.

Next, the children will sketch the Tamsui and Bali riverbanks at the Old Street and write messages on postcards, which will be mailed after the event. Finally, they will collaborate on a large-scale painting of the Tamsui riverbank. Using custom-made soil crayons on a large sheet of paper, they will collectively depict their imagined textures of Guanyin Mountain.

This workshop will be held at Yongfu No. 5. The collaborative creation and postcard sketches will be displayed, with the hope that these “letters" from Guanyin Mountain and the collective portraits of the mountain will use the earth itself as a medium for painting and writing, jointly depicting the spirit and essence of Tamsui’s contemporary nature and culture.

Outcomes: Postcard sketches of Guanyin Mountain, self-made aluminum tube soil pigments, a large-scale collaborative drawing of Guanyin Mountain.

呂玫穎 Lu mei ying

1997年出生於台北，2018年畢業於國立台灣師範大學，後畢業於國立台北藝術大學美術系研究所複合媒體組，過往經驗大多為藝文相關工作，從藝術博覽會、海科館駐村藝術家協助、私人畫室到美術館，接觸許多藝文相關工作與實習機會。

創作呈現對外在的觀察，環繞在社會意識、自身歷史、材質、民族主義、人間世態，從了解家族歷史開始，透過反覆的再創作、加強與延伸，逐漸清楚自己的語言與方向，創作是持續的修行。

Born in Taipei in 1997, Lu graduated from National Taiwan Normal University in 2018 and later from the Master’s program in Mixed Media at Taipei National University of the Arts. Her past experience is primarily in arts and culture, having worked in art fairs, assisted artists-in-residence at the National Museum of Marine Science and Technology, and worked at private art studios and museums.

Her work presents observations of the external world, revolving around social consciousness, personal history, materials, nationalism, and human affairs. By exploring her family history, and through repeated re-creation, reinforcement, and extension, she has gradually clarified her own artistic language and direction, seeing her creation as a continuous form of practice.
